Celeste Parr is a published and award-winning Anglo-Quebecoise screenwriter currently residing in Montreal, Québec. She studied screenwriting at Dawson College, UCLA, and Concordia University where she earned a BA with distinction in Joint Honours English and Creative Writing. She also holds an MA in English and Cultural studies from McGill where she completed the university's first feature screenplay thesis.
Her first feature film script Gurov & Anna has received the Green light and will be directed by Raphaël Ouellet in 2013. She is also involved in the development of two projects with Novem. She is currently working on Beyond suspicion after completing the script for Under the tree, a feature film slated to be directed by Alain Desrochers in 2014.
